My experience spans food manufacturing, operations leadership, executive management, ERP development, supply chain optimization, food safety, quality systems, business transformation, and AI-driven operational intelligence.
I've led organizations with hundreds of employees, managed operations across multiple facilities, directed cross-functional executive teams, and held responsibility for up to $100 million in P&L.
Today I combine that operational experience with technology to help businesses move from reacting to problems to governing performance with measurable results.
